Students

Students were instructed to leave the classroom one by one. Each were given a bag. Inside was food and water. A map, compass, flashlight and a weapon. A weapon could be either useful or not. Girls got to bring in personal items. The students left the room by class number. These are profiles of the students of Shiroiwa Junior High School, 9th Grade Class B.

Boy #1 Akamatsu, Yoshio

Got caught up in the moment then questioned himself. But was killed accidentally when Kazushi slipped with Yoshio's crossbow.

Girl #1 Inada, Mizuho

Mizuho was best friends with Kaori. But the image of them shown shows they killed each other. Although what went wrong between them is not shown. A life preserver is there with them and they each have been stabbed by the others weapon.

Boy #2 Iijima, Keita

One of Shinji's friends. Helped create the bombs to help out with Shinji's plan. Plan was to ram the car bomb into the school while everyone in there was distracted due to the hacking done by Shinji. Plan failed due to Kazuo.

Girl #2 Utsumi, Yukie

She was responsible for getting the group of girls together. She had a crush on Shuya and believed in his plan on trusting Shogo. It went downhill after Yuko poisoned the food to kill Shuya.

Boy #3 Oki, Tatsumichi

Attacked Shuya which caused them both to roll down the hill. Tatsumichi then died from an axe wound.

Girl #3 Eto, Megumi

Friend of Noriko. Knew about her crush on Shuya. Sweet girl. She had a crush on Shinji which Mitsuko found out due to her pictures.

Boy #4 Oda, Toshinori

He had a bulletproof vest on and survived Kazuo's initial assault. He was beheaded after Kazuo saw him bragging about his bulletproof vest.

Girl #4 Ogawa, Sakura

Decided with Kazuhiko to not play along.

Boy #5 Kawada, Shogo

Girl #5 Kanai, Izumi

Part of Mitsuru's group. They didn't want to kill anyone and assumed Kazuo was working with Kitano-Sensei.

Boy #6 Kiriyama, Kazuo

Transfer student and was grabbed by Mitsuru's gang as they assumed he was working with Kitano-Sensei. His weapon initially was pretty useless.Due to his run in with Mitsuru's gang, he got an uzi. He obviously had a cheat code for infinite ammo. He was the main villain in the entire movie. The only one who came close to his level of violence was Mitsuko. Shogo claimed that Kazuo was probably the one who willingly signed up for this. He never talked in the movie. There is a version of Kazuo (not in the movie) that made his decision to participate on a coin toss.

Girl #6 Kitano, Yukiko

Yukiko and Kusaka were on the cliffs of the north mountain. They didn't want to fight. They wanted everyone to work together. Unfortunately, their method drew Kazuo's attention and they were killed.

Boy #7 Kuninobu, Yoshitoki

Good friend of Shuya's. He was a roommate with him in a foster home. He taught Shuya guitar when his friend was going through a depressing period. He had a crush on Noriko. Shuya knew and protected her for him.

Girl #7 Kusaka, Yumiko

Yumiko and Yukiko were on the cliffs of the north mountain. They didn't want to fight. They wanted everyone to work together. Unfortunately, their method drew Kazuo's attention and they were killed.

Boy #8 Kuramoto, Yoji

Died hanging alongside Yahagi.

Girl #8 Kotohiki, Kayoko

Hiroki had a crush on her but she didn't know. She saw him as a threat but he did get to confess his feelings. She wondered why now when hasn't said anything before.

Boy #9 Kuronaga, Hiroshi

Part of Mitsuru's group. They didn't want to kill anyone and assumed Kazuo was working with Kitano-Sensei.

Girl #9 Sakaki, Yuko

One of the girls teamed up with Yukie in the lighthouse. She witnessed Tatsumichi's death and considered Shuya responsible. While they were taking care of him in the lighthouse, Yuko poisoned the food meant for him. But Yuka ate it and died instantly.

Boy #10 Sasagawa, Ryuhei

Part of Mitsuru's group. They didn't want to kill anyone and assumed Kazuo was working with Kitano-Sensei.

Girl #10 Hirono, Shimizu

Figured out Mitsuko was Megumi's killer because she left a tampon. She had a lot of issues with Mitsuko and how she slept around and "stole" her boyfriend. She accused Mitsuko of killing Yahagi.

Boy #11 Sugimura, Hiroki

Hiroki was close friends with Takako but was in love with Kayoko. He spent his time tracking Takako and Kayoko. He met Chigusa but it was too late to save her. When he met up with Kayoko, she saw him as a threat and killed him. He still tried to save her before dying.

Girl #11 Souma, Mitsuko

Next to Kazuo, she was one of the most dangerous people on the island. In flashbacks, she's shown as a child being sold to an old man by her mother. In the game, she's ruthless and is playing to win. She lost to Kazuo who was even more dangerous.

Boy #12 Seto, Yutaka

He was one of the guys working with Shinji. He thought that Hiroki had probably alerted Shuya to where they were. He was killed instantly by Kazuo when he went to greet "Shuya."

Girl #12 Tanizawa, Haruka

One of the girls teamed up with Yukie in the lighthouse. She is a brave girl that stood up to Satomi who was wielding a gun and panicking. She also tried to comfort Yuko who was still nervous about Shuya.

Boy #13 Takiguchi, Yuichiro
He had a crush on Mitsuko (and possibly a threesome). Him and his friend paid a high price for it.

Girl #13 Chigusa, Takako

She had a crush on Hiroki who cared for her as a close friend. She ran into Kazushi then later Mitsuko who shot her. She got to spend her remaining time with Sugimura even though she knew he loved another.

Boy #14 Tsukioka, Sho

Part of Mitsuru's group. They didn't want to kill anyone and assumed Kazuo was working with Kitano-Sensei.

Girl #14 Tendo, Mayumi

First death in the Program. Her attack was so sudden that she was left confused.

Boy #15 Nanahara, Shuya

Girl #15 Nakagawa, Noriko

Boy #16 Niida, Kazushi

In the past, he made up lies about Takako. He claimed he could force himself on her. He had no chance against Takako after he accidentally injured her face with his crossbow.

Girl #16 Nakagawa, Yuka

One of the girls teamed up with Yukie in the lighthouse. She was caring towards Yuko during the time that they were handing out bags. Unfortunately, she died due to the poison Yuko put in the food for Shuya.

Boy #17 Numai, Mitsuru

His group ambushed Kazuo because they figured he was working with Kitano-Sensei. Though they had Kazuo outnumbered, he killed all of them with an uzi he took from them..

Girl #17 Noda, Satomi

She's the one who started shooting first after Yuka died from poisoining. She regretted that she didn't get to live until tomorrow.

Boy #18 Hatagami, Tadakatsu

He had a crush on Mitsuko (and possibly a threesome). Him and his friend paid a high price for it.

Girl #18 Fujiyoshi, Fumiyo

She didn't make it to the actual "Program" part due to her whispering. She was the first one Kitano-Sensei killed.

Girl #19 Matsui, Chisato

One of the girls teamed up with Yukie in the lighthouse. She cooked the food and was blamed by Satomi for the poisoning. She was shot first by a panicked Satomi who claimed to do it because she was going for her gun.

Boy #20 Motobuchi, Kyoichi

He was a smart kid and decided to play it serious since everyone else seemed to be. He wanted to survive and get into a good school.

Girl #20 Minami, Kaori

Kaori vowed to always be best friends with Mizuho. But the image of them shown shows they killed each other. Although what went wrong between them is not shown. A life preserver is there with them and they each have been stabbed by the others weapon.

Boy #21 Yamamoto, Kazuhiko

Decided with Ogawa to not play along. He was hoping someone would save them.

Girl #21 Yoshimi, Yahagi

Died hanging alongside Yoji.
