Reporter

Reporting at the beginning of the movie of the survivor from Zentsuji Middle School's Class E. That class was chosen out of 43,000 ninth grade classes. The reporter states that this program was more blistering than the last. It lasted approximately 2 days, 7 hours and 43 minutes, and the winner was a smiling girl.

Smiling Girl

No name was given but she was a survivor/winner of the previous Battle Royale Survival Program. She was smiling and holding a bloody doll.

Kitano-Sensei

He was their teacher back in seventh grade, Class B. He left after a student named Yoshitoki stabbed him. Kitano-Sensei considered people like him the reason the country is a total wreck.

Shuyas Father

He encouraged his son a lot. Unfortunately, he died due to suicide. He was shown in flashbacks.

Hayashida-Sensei

Teacher at the time this class was chosen. He was seen playing with a few of the students on the bus ride. He noticed something was wrong during the bus ride due to the heavy presence of the military. He was very opposed to his students being chosen for the Battle Royale Survival Program and was killed due to that. Kitano-Sensei showed the students his dead body and called him a failure as an adult.

Training Video Girl

No name is given but they played a video of her giving instructions on how to play the game. It was made by the BR Law Promotion Committee. She told them about the danger zones and anything else they needed to know. She was also strangely upbeat for someone cheering kids on to kill.

Keiko

Keiko was Shogo's girlfriend. She was with him 3 years ago when they were forced to participate. But near the end, when they were both about to die together, she panicked and shot him. He killed her in self defense. She smiled at the end and told him thank you. Her smile at the end was something Shogo could not understand.

Mitsuko's Mother

Shown in a flashback accepting money from an old man for her daughter Mitsuko.

Creep

Creep that Mitsuko killed when she was a small girl. He paid Mitsuko's mother for her. He tried to get her to take off her clothes and she pushed him down the stairs.
